🔄 Returns & Exchanges
GemSparkle does not accept returns or exchanges in case of change of mind after placing an order.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The claim is supported with valid proof
📅 Return Window:
- Requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery
💰 Return/Exchange Charges:
- A ₹99 return/exchange shipping charge is applicable
- (Not applicable in case of damaged or incorrect product)
Ring Size Exchange:
- In case of a size issue, an exchange can be arranged with an additional charge of ₹99
📸 Proof Required for Damaged Products
To process any claim for damaged or defective items, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must follow these conditions:
- Start before opening the sealed package
- Clearly show the name label, address sheet, and order invoice
- Must be continuous, unedited, and without any cuts or pauses
📩 The proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery via email.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Claims without proper proof will be rejected.
💰 Refund Conditions
- Only the product amount will be refunded
- Delivery charges of ₹59 are non-refundable under any circumstances
- If a damaged product is approved:
- Exchange will be provided (subject to availability)
- If unavailable, customer can wait for restock or request a refund
🚚 Order Cancellation & Delivery
- No cancellations or refunds once the order is processed
- No cancellations or refunds while the order is in transit
- No refunds for delivery delays (courier services are beyond our control)
❌ Exceptions
Please note the following:
- Sale & discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Zirconia stones damage or loss is not covered under any policy
- If return shipping is borne by us due to our mistake (with proof), maximum covered will be ₹80
- No refund or exchange if the product is used or not in original condition
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer leading to loss of package will not be covered
